Saji Dasan, one of the co-founders of StarSquared provides vision and thought leadership to StarSquared. Academically an electrical engineer with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, Saji has close to 20 years of experience in the fields of technology management, engineering and advertising. One of his passion being process, Saji holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and advocates Six Sigma, CMMi and Lean methodologies to decrease costs and increase efficiencies. Saji is an active member of the American Society of Quality and PMI. Being an advocate of the benefits of "good communication" he is also an active member of Toastmasters. Saji believes in a work culture where "work and fun" are synonyms - and in StarSquared one does not exist without the other.

Dennis Adams, a healthcare executive and technology professional brings to StarSquared more than 25 years of expertise in healthcare and technology. Dennis' healthcare experience is rooted in his work for a physicians practice group for over 10 years culminating with his rising to the level of CEO. His interest include Deming, Six Sigma and Lean based business process improvement re-engineering of physician practices' revenue cycles and the development and implementation of EHR software. Dennis is a published McGraw-Hill/HCFMA author in the field of informatics, specifically in understanding Diagnosis as a Data Driver and Capitation and Reimbursement Prediction and the effects of business process variation in operational costing. Dennis holds degrees in Chiropractics, Orthopedics and Radiology and helps StarSquared with planning and strategy in the healthcare domain.
